To be blunt, Peggy Baker is an overweight, middle-age diabetic. Until last year, she had never lifted a kettlebell or done a box jump in her life.
Both Lucy and Craig were introduced to CrossFit by friends. There is no advertising like positive word of mouth! Keep spreading the good word, folks!
On April 28th, 2012 members from CrossFit Triton headed down to Shoreline CrossFit in Branford to take part in their fundraiser “Girls For Our Girl”. All monies from the event went to benefit one of Shoreline CrossFit’s member’s family.

On June 2nd, 2012, from 9:00am to 4:00pm, we will be hosting our first annual Summer Throwdown with all proceeds from the event to benefit the Special Olympics of Connecticut.
The event will contain multiple WODS, and will have both an RX and Scaled division for men and women.

Both Jess and Pete have grown to see the Triton community as a second family.
Both Crystal and Billy enjoy the encouragement they receive from the CrossFit Triton coaches, and are eager to push themselves to accomplish new levels of fitness.
Starting the week of March 5th, 2012 CrossFit Triton will be offering 4:30p classes everyday except Tuesday.
CrossFit Triton is also going to offer a kids fitness class on Tuesday at 4:30pm and Saturday at 9:00am. And the “Mystery WOD” is being moved to 9:30am.
